The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with regard to the data voluntarily provided on the Website.

  • Fulfilment of ordered services

The Operator periodically changes administrative passwords.
An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

The objection cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular to establish, pursue, or defend claims.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Website.
Actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be taken with respect to you in order to provide services under the agreement and for the Administrator’s direct marketing purposes.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union.
