The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with regard to the data voluntarily provided on the Website.
The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • Handling inquiries via the contact form

  • Fulfilment of ordered services

  • Presentation of offers or information

  • Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are then entered into the Operator’s systems.

2. Selected Methods of Data Protection Used by the Operator

The Operator periodically changes administrative passwords.
An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

  • and data portability.

You also have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) concerning the processing of personal data for the purposes of the Administrator’s legitimate interests, including profiling. The objection cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular to establish, pursue, or defend claims.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Website.
Actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be taken with respect to you in order to provide services under the agreement and for the Administrator’s direct marketing purposes.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union.

The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.
